Community Earth System Model (CESM)

This expert-level climate model simulates past, present, and future conditions for atmosphere, ocean, land, land-ice, and sea-ice environments. The fully coupled global climate model provides state-of-the-art computer simulations. The model gives researchers a wat to conduct fundamental research.

The primary goal of the Community Earth System Model (CESM) project is to develop a state-of-the-art model to understand Earth system variability and global change. Researchers can participate in a range of work groups associated with the community model.
