Increase capacity of existing place-based training programs for upskilling and reskilling Alaskans for employment in high- demand industries, implemented by prioritized region. Alaska has numerous existing training programs and facilities that have the potential to meet the training needs of Alaskans but lack the capacity to meet the demand.
