King County will create a resource guide and sample contract language library to help Capital project managers access and use available tools, including small contractor and suppliers utilization and job training, internships, and employment opportunities for people from disadvantaged areas in their projects. The goal is to ensure that County projects benefit a diverse range of people and businesses.
