In fall of 2007, a dock and boat rest on dry land due to low water levels at Allatoona Lake—a source of Atlanta's water supply—in the northwestern part of Georgia. Regional drought dropped the lake level more more than 10 feet below normal. Click on the image for a larger view and credit.
