Participants will learn about the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) resources available to improve local decision making. Participants will receive hands-on experience with various tools, including the Sea Level Rise Viewer and the Coastal Flood Exposure Mapper, as well as learn about resources available through NOAA’s Digital Coast. Please bring a laptop or tablet to the training for the hands-on exercises with the various tools.

Travel Support

Continuing Education
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) will receive 5.5 certification maintenance credits.
- N.C. Certified Floodplain Managers will receive 5.5 continuing education credits.
