    NOAA’s partner network includes trusted regional partners with climate resilience and adaptation planning expertise relevant to North Carolina. Expertise is drawn from academic institutions, non-profits, and private sector entities. Depending on resource availability, partners may be able to provide assistance in the near term to support recovery planning and project needs.
