Supported by NOAA's Climate Ready Workforce initiative, this program will address climate-related impacts in communities throughout American Samoa. A partnership with the American Samoa Power Authority, the territory’s only utility company, will provide foundational training to workers who will strengthen the territory’s critical infrastructure.
