Cleveland has allocated $10 million in funding from the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) to work with partners, including the Cleveland-Cuyahoga Workforce Development Board, on its Built Environment Collaborative. This program will provide workforce development opportunities for more than 3,000 residents, particularly those from historically marginalized communities, to pursue careers in built environment fields.
