Connecticut Building Trades Training Institute (BTTI) is a construction readiness program that will prepare residents interested in applying for and/or entering a registered union apprenticeship, especially those from historically marginalized populations such as people of color, women, and opportunity youth. BTTI offers training apprenticeship readiness, a “Women Can Weld” course, and training in drywall finishing.
