Coordinate among city, town and county government public works agencies, water utilities and other operators of water infrastructure to develop and maintain local and regional inventories of existing water infrastructure. Include potable water wellfields, treatment and distribution systems, wastewater treatment and collection infrastructure, and septic tanks and drain fields. Assess the potential for climate change impacts on each component under different climate change scenarios and develop adaptation strategies for affected systems.
